Secure Benefits will help determine the appropriate mix of retirement programs for the group as a whole. Once the program is defined, we’ll determine the best provider of the benefits and work with the carrier to implement the various elements. We negotiate with the providers to ensure competitive IMFs (Investment Management Fees). We also provide individual counselling, assist employees in choosing the appropriate investment mix or even something as simple as assistance with completing enrolment forms. Once the plan is in place we provide regular reviews and advice to make sure the plan is compliant with the Capital Accumulation Plan (CAP) guidelines to protect both the employees and the employer.
